      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Walmart in Sep 2010

      Interview

Interviewed with Wal-Mart for their Merchandising Training Program. It was a behavioral interview that was pretty basic. Lasted about 40 minutes. Asked questions on their core competencies i.e. customer service etc. Since they interviewed college seniors the questions could relate to school/organizations/internships etc. I felt welcomed and comfortable with the recruiters but have yet to hear back from them.
