Fairly straightforward. This was great because we spent a lot of the time discussing skills and determining if it was a good fit. Very professional and there were some moments where my interviewer provided great insight that I felt had use beyond the context of the interviewing company.

Was called for the initial phone interview and they asked the typical and insanely overused questions that all employers do. Not much else to it and was told that it would be passed off to the hiring manager. Received an email the next day saying that I didn't get the job. I'll give them one thing and that is, compared to the other insurance companies, they were the fastest getting back to me.

Not difficult at all ,very stress free they made you feel welcome and at ease. Knowledge of basic math is a plus,being able to multitask,and use pallet jack ,lift heavy items a must.
