The interview process was quick. They asked about my skills and experience. Then my plans for working with the company. However, they said they would call sometime that day if I got the job, but they didn't call until 2 days later.

Very straightforward. Basic interview questions revolving around how you are as a person and working with a team. Nothing difficult and very laid back. Previous experience in food industry would help in this department.

Interview
They were very clear in expressing what they were looking for as well as informing what was expected of the job. Although its been 2-3 years since i started working at walmart i remember the process was definitely a welcoming one ! Please make sure you are upfront about as much so that they can make things easier on you.
