I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
The individuals I spoke with were rather pleasant people. This was for a technical internship position. The emphasis seemed to be more on teamwork skills, since my resume may have already mentioned my technical skills.
The process:
-Got interview opportunity through job fair at my university.
-Majority of the process was conducted via email and phone rather quickly (less than 2 weeks)
-Interview personnel seemed to be seeking an intern to fill a position relatively quickly.

Interview

Interview
Conversational, interviewed by 2 people. All questions had a negative spin to them, so be sure to practice the STAR method and concluding on a positive takeaway. From what I remember, there were 5-6 questions in total.
