I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart in Jan 2016
Interview
I was asked to give an entire week's worth of availability for a 45 minute phone screen. I complied, accepted the time they requested, then waited. No one ever called, no email, nothing. The recruiter said "Well, maybe he was pulled into a meeting". Both the recruiter and the hiring manager should have been more on top of it, in my opinion.
