Disney had an online module where you would learn about the company and the various intern positions available. After you finish the module, you take a lengthy personality test, and if you pass, you will get a phone interview.

The interviewing process was simple and straightforward, consisting of a direct conversation with the head of department, and I received an offer just a few hours after the call ended.
It was enjoyable to have a convo with them and they seem friendly. questions asked were relevant and not too difficult to answer. mostly about experience and the company etc
