Apply online, filling in questions. If you pass that part, you get to the video interview where you have to answer 5 questions, and you have 5 retries to get it right. If you get through to that part, you will get a phone interview. The woman on the phone was so patronising and condescending I'm not sure I would have wanted to work in that environment anyway. The process is so drawn out for them to give you nothing back, no feedback, no outcome of your application. Lazy.
