The first interview was simply a screening with the Technical Hiring specialist. She was very personable and spoke directly over the phone. She was very clear about the role and what the Hiring Manager was looking for in their optimal candidate. Within a week; an interview was scheduled with the Hiring Manager. The manager seemed to be very well briefed on the screening with the Hiring Specialist and spoke for about 45 min about more intricate details of the job; giving time for questions. The last interview will be with the Director.
