    Interview Questions

    • If you are out in the field and you notice that someone else is doing something contrary to procedures, what will you do.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

The negotiation went well, however HR misunderstood how much I was asking for although it was on my application. I ended accepting a Job as a project engineer in lieu of a technical manager. This cost me quite a bit of money much less that I was previously making. The point is that we have to be carefull, since Jobs have salary limitations and such limitations are not easily adjustible once you have accepted a position. Onec I was made the offer I was told that the position I interviewed for was that of a project engineer. After 6 months of unemploymant and serious bill, I bargining power was not at its best.
