Interview
There are basically 3 rounds selection process
1. written exams about chemistry and bio and maths and aptitude
2. Personal interview
3.HR round( if you pass round 1 and 2)
after you go through HR round ,they will hire you off-role which is not a water role .
After judging your performance , they will get you on role

Interview
three rounds first and second are technical and final one is with VP and then with president
mainly focuses on business acumen. its important to have few years of lab experience. to be able to do the job properly
