Behavioral based interview. I had individual sessions with 5 managers/senior team members. Note that I have participated as an interviewer in group panel discussions as well. I was asked questions to confirm what was on my resume and how I would fit the role and team. They wanted to understand my problem solving capacity based on the behavioral questions.

Typical phone screening and full day interview. Offer stage immediately following the interviews. This is a typical process that ensure a good fit. This process is very typical from other employees I spoke with and it works very well.
