I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Wavex Technology (London, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Awkward and not so professional, had 2 interviews, one with the CEO Gavin, the other with HR and a person from the recruiting department, the process itself could be faster and more efficient if it would be with the hiring manager himself, HR was there like a fly on the wall, not contributing and just asking some obviously characteristic generic questions, the person from the department also seemed like he was not prepared and by the looks and sound as he was obviously reading from his screen, his so called: "Professional" questions was probably from a template on google or were written during the interview on AI since he didn't really seemed to be interested doing this interview.
One last thing though, when Gavin was prompted with the negative feedback on the company he seems to take it very personally and used bad language about the people which provided this feedback, which now seems to be quite on point.

Question 1
Generic questions as mentioned about cloud and 365 questions, also some troubleshooting simple questions for desk support individuals.

Interview
Very quick and efficient process, friendly on the phone before meeting in person and thorough about the role. Recommend to anyone looking for a start in an MSP. Salary on offer could have been higher
I applied online. I interviewed at Wavex Technology
Interview
Interview was completely remote as it was during the pandemic. I got a good feel for the company and the role with a pre interview with the recruitment manager before with the hiring manager, this was good touch as it allowed me to have a better understanding of the role before deciding if I really wanted to progress.
