Interview
Phone interview centered around determining if candidate fits with culture of company. Follow up phone interview after background test to ascertain behavioral and technical proficiency. Final, face-to-face interview, which combines culture and behavioral and technical questions.
The interview process was pretty standard. Spoke with the recruiter, then then a general manager with an area manager. Overall the process was relatively quick and standard for most corporate interviews. No surprises.

How do you handle having multiple obligations at the same time?
It was super relaxed. Asked to tell them about myself and then went right into the interview questions. The questions were not too difficult, all straight forward responses. I had multiple stories prepared and just used those to answer the different scenario questions.

Interview
Applied and received email scheduling phone interview. After phone interview is a panel interview with area manager and two general managers. Interview lasted 35 minutes to an hour with a comfortable setting.
