I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Wayfair (Boston, MA) in May 2021
Interview
Long and very long one without a time for break. Virtual interview with case study where all the questions were in the slide and the screen of interviewer froze and he didn’t accept that his screen is frozen ( Good way to keep out smart people ). Weird feedback. Not worth trying again.

Question 1
Tell us about a situation where you had to deal with adversaries.
The different rounds were: Recruiter screening, hiring manager, panel, case study, and finally site tour. Each round wasn't intimidating at all. They took the time to really share insight and ask thoughtful questions.

Question 1
How would you go about tackling an underperforming operation?
It was somewhat lengthy, but allowed you to get to know different members of the team. I had about 4 different conversations with various people across the team. The questions were based around company values and were pretty standard interview questions - asking about experience and prompting me to dive into specific examples.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wayfair in May 2024
Interview
Multiple interviews with 3 different panels all different focus, each session is a minimum of 30 minutes. One is with HR, another with Operations, and another discussing a case study.
