I was told I lacked “mental maturity” and that they’d only consider me for a senior analyst role. I thought it was unnecessarily disrespectful to say that, especially considering I aced their coding test questions. It was a waste of my time.

Interview
Recruiter and hiring manager screen and take home assignment. If all of that checks out, you move to panel round. Fairly standard behavioral questions, but very focused on driving results. Additionally have a case interview, which can be challenging if you are from the consulting/biz school world.
