I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Wayfair in Mar 2022
Interview
It took 3 months in total. I was referred by an employee, and after two weeks, a HR reached out for screening. I met with hiring manager online, and the panel interview were divided to three small interview (xfn team member, team member, case interview)for two weeks. After the panel interview, I waited for another two weeks and was asked for an extra final round with the GM between top applicants. It took another month for the team to make decisions.
Overall it was a pleasant experience other than the long turn-over time.
Team members were nice , questions were pretty standard. It's very important for you to prepare for the cases that showcase Wayfair's core values.
