I usually get to know when my interview did not work well. It did not this time and I did not get an offer letter either. Hence, I would recommend coordinate with the recruiter at all cost.

I had 13 rounds of interview with no progress at all.
Pathetic. Interviewed with multiple teams, standard questions but I don’t know why they have such high standards for entry level roles. They use google sheets for analytics. Yeah, you read that right. The offer is very difficult to come by, utter waste of time for the salary they pay

Interview
I applied and had a recruiter phonescreen. This recruiter was pinch-hitting from London for some Boston recruiters. I thought it went well, he said he thought it was a good match and he'd have an update for me in 24 hours. Unsurprisingly for Wayfair, there was no update. A day after I was supposed to get the update, I was rejected by an ATS form letter. Lack of respect, really.
It was structured and smooth. There's an online assessment, a recruiter phone screen, a hiring manager round, a case study interview (75 min), and a behavior panel interview (30 min*3). I think the process may vary depending on the role.
