Generally smooth and fast process. Interviewer was friendly, shared the role and is available to answer any questions. Good overall process. HR was also friendly and responsive when followed up.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at WeLab (Kwun Tong, Kowloon City) in Jan 2024
Interview
No written test, casual conversation on previous working experience. The interview went smooth but my profile does not seem to match with what the position wants. They might be interviewing all applicants without proper shortlisting.
"Avoid at all cost - Disrespectful - interviewer (female) wore a t-shirt while the interviewee wore full suit- HR was rude as well when asking candidate to fill in forms and to show reference letters, etc. - being asked a bunch of pointless questions just to give you a hard time (feel like the "interview" was just to "gather" information from your previous companies instead of actually wanting to hire staff) - concerned about candidate having few months gap since previous job. already explained the reason for it and they didn't seem to care; (should have seen the gap period from CV so they shouldn't even have scheduled an interview in the first place - waste of everybody's time)"
