A recruiter from the company reached out to me over 3 months after I submitted my application. The same outreach email was sent several times before coordinating times to connect. I had three back to back interviews scheduled, one happened and then the other subsequent interviews had to cancel. Two days later after being told that we were working to reschedule I was told that they had opted to move on. Communication could not have been more disjointed and unprofessional.
