Interview
I applied for the positon and a few days later I was contacted by the recruiter. We scheduled a phone interview for that week. During the phone interview she ask questions like "tell me about yourself" "What health topics are your strong points" " what are your weaknesses"? After the phone interview we scheduled a In person interview at the end of the call. Within a few days I had a interview with a center supervisor She ask questions like "How do you feel about being listen to often and rated on calls" "how do you feel working in a call center atmosphere", "when have you had similar work experience", "why should I hire you"?. After the interview she mentioned I should hear from them soon either way. It's been a month and a half and I have not heard back from webmd. I followed up with an email three weeks later and the recruiter mention that are in the middle of finalizing the buyer for hiring with the corporate office and right now they do not know how long it will take before they make decisions and ensured me I will be contacted when a decision is made.
