The selection process consisted in two interviews. I was called on Friday and had the first one the next Monday. It wasn't too long (less than an hour) and was asked the standards questions. Besides, I had to answer an skills test during and hour and a half (traslation, writing a press release and designing a communication plan).
Two days after I received a second call anouncing the next interview. I was supposed to have it two weeks after but it was finally hold three weeks after. This second interviewer was done by the Spanish CEO. He arrived 30 minutes in delay and didn't even know he had that interview. My impression is that he read my resumé on his way to the office. It wasn't too long either (less than 30 minutes).
