3 rounds of interview, with writing text. the overall process is good and quick. first round is phone interview from HR. 2nd is from the team leader. The last round is from the department leader.
One initial interview with HR and then two rounds of 30-minute phone interviews. Was told I would hear back within 48 hours. After a series of follow-up emails on my part I was ghosted - no response. Honestly, I think if this is how potential candidates are treated, then this is not the type of company I would want to work for. This shows the values and integrity of the organization. Probably dodged a bullet!
