1. Application & Screening
Resume Submission: The candidate applies online or is referred.
Initial Screening: A recruiter reviews applications and shortlists candidates based on qualifications.
2. Phone/Video Screening
Recruiter Call: A short call (15–30 minutes) to discuss experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Technical/Skill Screening: Some roles may require a short skills assessment or technical test at this stage.
