WellDev Software Engineer Trainee interview questions

It was good. questions were from leetcode medium and easy. The coo round was easy. Maam asked about my background and indsutry experience. The receptionist was humble as well. They were hospitable.

I first took an online MCQ test consisting of basic CSE questions and successfully passed, scoring in the top milestone. After around two months, I received a call for a phone interview where they asked about my background, projects, and experience. The technical questions were not difficult, but I struggled with English communication during the call. A few days later, I received a rejection email citing communication skills as the reason, despite performing well in the online test. The company mentioned that candidates can reapply after one year.
