Overall a very organized and pleasant interviewing experience. Wells Fargo was recruiting for this position at my university, and I went to the event. There after, I applied online (with my resume and experience), had a phone screen, and then an in-person interview. Even though the position is a technical position, none of the interviews were coding interview. The questions were more about experiences and personality, which I appreciated.
