I recieved my interview questions by email. I had about a week to submit my answers. I answered the questions and submitted them back the next day. The recruiter said that I could reach out to her if I had any questions.

Tell me about a time you initiated a change. How did you communicate this to your organization?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (West Des Moines, IA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Phone screen, 3 weeks later in person. Topics covered by recruiter were underwhelming & incorrect for the duties of the position. In-person was much more focused on key deliverables for the organization.
