Interview on college campus, then invited to a superday. The in person interview was all basic behavioral questions that really felt like a conversation with the recruiter.

Phone interview. They described the program in detail. Then asked basic questions like walk me through your resume and behavioral questions. Finally asked some complicated accounting questions and underwriting questions. It was an ok interview, just had kind of some weird questions I didn't expect.
