I was contacted by campus recruiting to come in for an on-campus 30 minutes interview. The interview was mostly behavioral with a few standard technical accounting questions in the middle.

Question 1
-Give me a rundown of the 3 financial statements and how do they link together?
-What is the most important financial statement to have to evaluate a company?
-If you could not look at any of a company's financial statements, what would you look at to evaluate the company?
Hirevue format is the first round with 5 questions. You get multiple attempts and they are all behavioral. You can exit and prepare for the question for as much time as you want.

Interview
Super friendly and technical, and know basics of real estate and how lending works. Know how to be personable because they look for friendly and confident people. This means dont lie in your interview. Knwo your resume well.
