Wells Fargo came to a recruit from our university in 2020, just before the pandemic. Like most of the other companies, Wells Fargo asked students to go through the following process:
- Group Discussion
- First Face to face interview
- Second face to face interview with HR (for those who cleared the first round)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Hyderābād)
Interview
It was overall a good interview and very easy to crack if you attend prepared. But one should be very mindful while answer questions. Being very confident is something very important

Interview process were STAR questions. Examples include "tell me about a time where you had to meet a strict deadline" "tell me about a time where you had to lead"
