      Learning and Development Training Interview

      Aug 6, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo

      Interview

Phone interview with questions regarding personality, screening to see if you are a good fit for the position and then you move forward to another 2 or even 3 rounds of interviews. In one interview I was flown out of town to meet with and do a final interview with a panel. I worked with Wells Fargo for 5 years and usually did at least one interview a year with them to promote to another position. Their interviews keep you on your toes. My first experience with them came from getting in through a temp agency. After I was laid off from that experience they called me back as a "CORE" Team Member. I thought I struck Gold.
