Interview
I approached Wells Fargo through a staffing agency. We had aptitude and typing tests in the staffing agency. After that, the resume was forwarded to Wells Fargo. I had another Aptitude test in Wells Fargo which was slightly difficult when compared to the one I had given before.
It was followed by a technical round.(Or operations round)
The final round was HR or Managers Round.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wells Fargo (Hyderābād) in Sep 2023
Interview
The interview process had three rounds. First is the assessment. Second was the communication/technical round, it is telephonic round and finally hr round on zoom where technical round was also included
They took 3 rounds. One is With HR and the other is Team leader. The final round with Manager.
Overall the interview process is easy.
They will send the offer later late.
