Interview process started with a recruiter meeting. A few weeks later I met with the hiring manager. A few weeks after that I met with 2 business partners who I’d be working with closely.

All the questions were behavioral questions. Tell me about a time when…. You had to convince others to change their mind about something….
It was descent lots of questions scenario but it did feel like forever for results. However at least they require feedback for internal candidates. Id say they are pretty average on the process.

Interview
The Interview panel was kind and supportive. The Hiring managers were very helpful and the entire hiring process was smooth and well planned. The interview was conducted via zoom video call. I had one round of interview with the hiring manager and then the technical interview with the concerned team.
