Well conducted. The interview was a panel - 2 individuals. Just really explaining your experiences as to how you were to handle - and or - fix a scenario that could relate to their workplace.

First interview was phone interview. Nasic questions were asked about your experience
and some on resume. The second interview was panel interview with 3 people. Each person asked 2 questions.
