How much will you rate yourself in Agile knowledge 1-10? How do you estimate stories? Why is the Fibonacci series used in story estimation than other GPs?
I had informal peer to peer. Felt valued. Position was clarified and I stated what i can bring to the table. Management questions, some tools like Jira. Discussed real time issues and how I will solve them.
Two rounds. Last round is a panel and with manager and team members. Outside of that I don't recall. Great organization to work for and benefits. Nothing else to provide.
