It was pretty easy. Went in and sat down, and he asked me a bunch of customer service questions, like what would I do if a certain scenario happened. You answer the questions to the best of your ability, and they will usually hire anyone as long as your background check checks out okay.
My interview process with Wendy’s was straightforward and friendly. I was contacted quickly, asked about my experience and availability, and the conversation was relaxed and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role and expectations clearly.
Quick interview with basic questions about customer service experience, food prep experience. Interview was 1:1 with a supervisor, who was respectful and clear. Wanted to know about availability and previously booked vacation.
