West Georgia Health System interview questions

Brief one-on-one interview with Nursing Director of floor. I was asked about previous experience with nursing and behavior analysis questions. After one-on-one interview, I was interviewed by a small group of employees. I was similar questions and able to asked them a questions as well.

I appreciated the interview process here where I was able to talk with members of the hospitalist team, nursing department, and administration. The interview was very non-threatening, but they did ask a lot of clinical scenarios revolving around bedside manner and effective communication.
