The recruiter first asked, "What do you know about the company and the role?" Then, within minutes, they told me the role had been filled and asked if I had received the email about it. I, of course, had not. They also mentioned that the new candidate would be starting in a few days.
I am surprised because the job description was posted only a month ago. I received an invitation from HR three weeks ago, but their earliest available schedule was just one week ago. This is so odd, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Please inform candidates earlier next time.

Interview
Interviewer looked like he didn't care at all about what I was saying - was asking prepared questions, didn't know anything about the role they were offering - don't think they've ever smiled during a 30minutes call.

Interview
The process took about 3 weeks in total. It started with a short 20-minute screening call with a recruiter from HR, where they asked about my background, current role, and why I was interested in the position. After that, I had a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager (via Zoom), focusing on my past projects and how I handle remote teams. The third stage was a panel interview with two team leads and a stakeholder — they asked behavioral questions and gave a small case study about managing scope creep in a cross-functional project. No technical tests or presentations were required. Everything felt professional and straightforward, though the scheduling took some back-and-forth due to time zones. In the end, I received an offer within a week after the panel.

Question 1
One of the key questions was: "Tell me about a time when a project was falling behind schedule due to external dependencies or team issues. How did you recover it, and what was the outcome?"
I applied online. Next is scheduling an interview with an AI chatbot before having a call with a recruiter. Then it's a call with the hiring manager before separate interviews with future colleagues.
