I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Western Union (Englewood, CO) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied for a job early last fall. Had an HR interview and then a phone interview with a manager and then a panel interview in December. Yes, it took months! Five weeks ago I was told I'd hear something the next week.....but I haven't heard anything.
They are trying to embrace a Lean culture, but it doesn't seem to have hit the recruiting process. Not impressed with how they treat candidates.
Thank you for your patience during our hiring process. We understand that the length of our interview process can vary depending on the position, but we strive to remove road blocks and promote efficiency.
The whole process took about 2 months. I had 2 interviews and the hiring managers are respectful, easy to speak with. I had a good feeling about the company. HR personnel was responsive and the overall process was pleasant.

Question: Why are you interested in this position?
Question: What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
Question: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Question: Why should we hire you for this role?
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Western Union (Pune)
Interview
They took 4 Vcon Zoom rounds from various Geographies and 2 HR rounds in person, 3 laising HRs one after the other.
After wasting time for around 2.5 months, they finally said after my repetitive asks that the position is closed thru internal candidate.
Even being a very small captive in India they don't know if they already have an internal talent for this role without which they are evaluating and wasting a person's time.
I feel such captives HR in India don't have a deciding authority but just be like facilitators with no right to decide but just a right to interrogate. Such company should Pay for a talents time spent towards interview.
