I was contacted to schedule a phone interview at first. It consisted of very basic behavioral questions that I linked to various work/leadership experiences. After that, I was asked to come in for an interview. I had to take a skills test and then interview with 4 of the hiring managers individually, which went really well. This was also pretty straight forward and took about 4 hours. A few weeks later, I was asked to come in for a second interview. I met with some of the hiring managers I spoke to before, as well as a few I hadn't met before. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to. I was told about 3 weeks later that they were performing a background check on me. They said this was very good news and I was one of their top candidates. After that, I waited for another three weeks and was told they selected another candidate. I would say this was a good experience aside from the lengthy process with little communication as to when they would make a decision.
