Interview
I was contacted regarding a resume I had posted on Monster. There was a brief phone interview, then a face to face a few days later. In the meantime I took some tests online and faxed them a copy of my insurance license.

Question 1
I don't recall any difficult or unexpected questions. It was a conversation more than a Q&A, and they were trying to persuade me more than I was trying to persuade them.
Very smooth. They simply explain to you the pay scale and how work goes. The ask you if you've ever worked in sales and try to see if you're open to selling to family and friends as well.

Interview
Phone interview and then a in person interview at their office. They did the STAR method when asking questions. Theses can be difficult if you do not prepare for them.
The hiring and interview process was not difficult. There are several questions that you are asked to determine if you are a good fit for the company. It costs them money to hire and they want to make sure they are getting the right person. They may ask you about a sales background or something of that nature.
