Interview
Went to their interview, first interview of many to come. Met with 4 individuals all younger than myself (currently 28). Thought the interview went well, was notified later that I didn't get the position. Felt that the maturity and vibe wasn't what they were looking for (as in they were looking for someone 20 years old and completely mold-able).

Interview
1st virtual round through Hirevue, 2nd round with a panel of people over Teams, 3rd round in person with different groups (30 minutes each with 3 different groups). Overall the interview process moved on pretty quickly and professionally.

The first step of the interview was a one-way interview on Spark Hire. The next two were on Microsoft teams. Haven't finished the interview process but the recruiters seem very nice.
