Starts with a one way video interview. After that you move to a panel interview with employees of the company. From that you will meet with small groups of management and for the tax department.

Interview
Applied online and got an offer to do a one-way video call the very next day. I did not like this as it felt unnatural and almost as if I was being screened for my appearance. Then exactly a day after I submitted my video interview, I was invited to do a Skype call with a panel. The questions seemed to tailor towards a specific response and seemed biased, but I guess they're looking for people of a certain personality to fit their culture.
