The process started positively with a pleasant conversation with a friendly HR representative. However, communication was slower than promised, and I had to follow up multiple times to receive feedback. During the second interview, it became clear that the role's actual requirements differed significantly from what had previously been communicated. Although my background and experience were already evident from my application, I was informed only at this stage that the company was primarily looking for someone with extensive AI backend experience. What disappointed me most was the overall tone of the interview. Rather than focusing on my suitability and potential, the discussion seemed largely centered on why I did not fit an ideal profile. I also found communication challenging at times, as several points and expectations were not explained clearly. The interviewer's English communication skills made some parts of the discussion difficult to follow, which led to unnecessary confusion during what was supposed to be a technical conversation. The company offers attractive flexibility and working conditions. However, I would have appreciated greater transparency regarding the role's expectations and a more constructive interview experience.
