Originally I was contracted in, and that was just a quick 30 minute 1:1 interview with a drug screening and background check. For my promotion (which is what I'll be discussing here since it's more intensive), I submitted my application to my supervisor and from there I job shadowed for an hour, then was approached by the hiring manager for a 1:1 discussing my interest. The formal interview was a 30 minute interview between 2 panels of 2 judges each asking a series of questions about how I've handled different situations.
