Interview
Met with recruiter at a job fair, interviewed on campus with two sales managers, moved on to the 2-day interview event. At the 2-day event, there was a networking event the first night then interviews were conducted the next morning. Later that day, you will know if you got an offer or not.
Extremely detailed; they go back to your personality when you were in high school. Lasted a few hours. Also had a phone interview initially that lasted probably 30 minutes as well.
There was a panel, and it was called a Top Grade. The questions that are asked are comprised of your personal life and career development from when you started working as well as your relationship with your family and friends.

Tell me about a time where you had to overcome an objection
Process took several weeks and required 2 different on-line assessments. After completion of assessment was told they would not interview me and they did not give explanation why. Limited communication from them during the process.
