The process took 1 day. I interviewed at White & Case (New York, NY) in Dec 2010
Interview
Phone interview went great, the panel interview was weird - It consisted of two guys sitting on opposite sides of the room mostly talking about their personal education (which was not even legal related - talking about how they wanted to be actors) peppered with a few questions that did not seem job related at all. They did not talk about the perks or benefits of the company or really anything related to the company. The interview was held in one of their offices which had papers everywhere and had a very unprofessional feel. I left knowing there would be no job offer as the job interview itself was so confusing.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at White & Case (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
Basic behavioral questions about managing responsibilities and handling feedback/criticism. Also some questions about interest in becoming a paralegal, if the 2 year commitment is okay, and the type of work environments I prefer to work in
Basic behavioral interview with a few questions about failures, managing priorities, and interest in becoming a paralegal/ legal assistant. The interview was with the legal assistant/ paralegal managers from two different offices and a current legal assistant.

Interview
It was a very conversational interview with the heads of legal assistants. It lasted 30 minutes. They said they would reach out to me the following week but they ghosted.
