I would like to clarify what the employment experience is, for anyone interested in our actual offerings and benefits. I'm not sure who you spoke with, and I do apologize if they claimed to represent us. Our recruiters completely understand how important honesty is, as we're only as good as we actually are. This comes from knowing the core values of Whiting House, as we’ve all had previous negative experiences being at places of employment where what you get is completely different from what was offered. We strive for excellence in all we do, and fully understand how facades would inhibit our ability to grow as rapidly as we have and continue to do with such a solid foundation. It is one of our core values that we do all things with honesty and integrity – our personalized employment experience ensures that these values permeate throughout the company with all team members. We are pleased with the majorly positive feedback that we have received and continue to receive from our entire team (over 35 FTEs).
In today’s tech community, jobs only continue to go up in demand. We pay extremely competitively on the high-end of the scale, based on actual skill and aptitude, as this is the most accurate attestation to ability. Also, we are a zero-debt company with healthy margins and many clients who are continually wanting more and more work from us. We have never offered equity as an incentive for employees, and if we ever do in the future it will be in addition to a competitive salary on the high-end of the scale.
