Interview
It was very relaxed. The guy who interviewed me was down to earth. He was upfront and honest about the challenges of the job. Everyone who I have talked to seems nice.

Multiple rounds in the same day. They take you to lunch and do a jobsite tour. Met with a bunch of different people and it was a really cool interactive experience.

Interview
They mostly are interested on how you are as a person. In my experience, the focus a lot on getting to know what I have done (nothing technical). The interview was pretty long but it was nice that they explained a lot about the company, etc.
