It was like speed dating. You talked with people, mainly casual conversation, from all ranks up to the VP and lowest level PE as more of a personality test. It was easy as long as you are okay with conversation and small talk.

Got an interview from a college career fair, went in person. Asked simple questions. Very casual, about a 4 person panel. Good people, good company. Definitely recommend for anyone considering construction management.
