Interview
The interview process was very informal. I first met with the lead Project Manager of the office I would be working in and then I met with the Vice President in another interview. It was really a get to know me type of interview and they did a really good job of explaining the company processes and benefits as well as future growth plans. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get into construction regardless of experience level.

Interview
It was like speed dating. You talked with people, mainly casual conversation, from all ranks up to the VP and lowest level PE as more of a personality test. It was easy as long as you are okay with conversation and small talk.
